Sergei Poljinsky est un peintre et réalisateur français né à Nice en 1952 d’une famille d’origine russe, qui eut l’insigne honneur de faire partie des six élèves choisis par Salvador Dali pour suivre son enseignement en 1971. Puisant son inspiration dans les eaux du Baïkal où les tragédies humaines, travaillant sur les transparences par la technique du grattage chère à Max Ernst, il a développé le concept d’abstraction onirik qui emporte avec force le regardeur dans son univers néosurréaliste.

Sergei Poljinsky is a French painter and director born in Nice in 1952 to a family of Russian origin, who had the great honour of being one of the six students chosen by Salvador Dalí to follow his teaching in 1971. Drawing his inspiration from the waters of the Baikal lake or from human tragedies, working on transparencies through the scraping technique dear to Max Ernst, he developed the concept of ‘abstraction onirik’ that forcefully takes the viewer into his neo-surrealist universe.
